Full interior and exterior renovation of a Victorian era townhouse in Bedford Stuyvesant neighborhood of Brooklyn.

While the original characters, flavors and features of the original 1890 design were respected and maintained, a state-of-the art Reform kitchen was introduced on the parlor level. The exterior and interiors facades were revitalized to included a rear yard balcony and a rear yard extension merging with and enhancing the ground floor unit.

Renovation included major overhaul of all plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems in addition to major structural modifications.
