Proposal for a complete overhaul of a 1800 Square Foot Loft in the Midtown West neighborhood of Manhattan.

The project includes reconfiguration of the loft in plan and section to include a multitude of transient, adaptable and multi functional spaces. Transformable spaces to produce new conditions conducive to play and the creation of art.
